THE ALLIGATOR HOLDINGS STORY
Alligator Holdings, LLC was founded in 2018 by Mark G. Sellers, a respected Wisconsin business leader with more than forty years of experience in manufacturing and entrepreneurship. The company functions as an incubator, accelerator, and investor, providing capital, leadership, and operational support to help young or evolving companies grow.
Mark’s career began as a tool and die apprentice in Milwaukee before he founded MGS Manufacturing Group in 1982. Over the next three decades, MGS became a $200-million global plastics and tooling enterprise with operations in the U.S., Mexico, and Ireland. After selling MGS in 2016, Mark launched Alligator Holdings, LLC to build and support a new generation of companies grounded in technical excellence and ethical business practices.
Today, Mark continues to guide the organization as Chairman of the Board, helping each portfolio company align engineering, production, and strategy to achieve lasting results.

Providing metal stamping, forming, fabrication, laser cutting, sub-assemblies, automated and manual welding, and die sets. 108,500 square feet, ISO 9001:2015 Certified facility in Jackson, Wisconsin, serves industries with a long-term need for performance-based metal components, including Consumer Products, Industrial, Automotive, Agricultural, and Healthcare. Quality Team, Tool Shop, and Metrology Lab on-site.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION
Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) in Horicon, Wisconsin, supplies customers with superior precision metal stampings, quality tooling, and specialized value-added services. ISO 9001 Certified, ITC focuses on Quality Assurance, Flexible Capabilities, and Comprehensive Solutions, and is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

KTM Industries, located in Richfield, WI, provides customers with decades of industry-leading experience in the engineering, design, development, and successful on-time launch of qualified high-performance tooling systems for plastics injection molding.
